Nzuko Arochukwu Ikeji Festival New York 2017

The Ikeji festival (Yam festival) marks the end of the farming season, arrival of harvest, and beginning of a new season. The Ikeji Calendar is determined by the Arochukwu traditional council. Celebrated in the month of September every year.
